Work from Home Solutions, LLC was formed in February, 2017 to help busy individuals, like myself, find gainful work opportunities that will allow them the flexibility that they need. We are 100% legitimate and 100% committed to helping you find work/life balance.

We have partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc (ariseworkfromhome.com) to connect Fortune 500 companies with work at home professionals to provide top notch customer care. As an Arise partner, we offer you the opportunity to provide customer care as an independently contracted at home call center representative.

Arise was formed in 1994 and is based in Mirimar, FL. They also have locations in Canada, Ireland and the UK. Arise uses a cutting edge, cloud based platform to provide a virtual, nationwide network to connect work-at-home professionals to companies needing contact center services. To provide services under the Arise platform,you are required to operate under an existing business (Independent Business Owner) registered with Arise if you are not already incorporated.

MEET THE OWNER

Hello, and welcome to the Work from Home Solutions, LLC page! I would like introduce myself, my name is Shawn, I am a WAHM (Work at Home Mom) to four active kids. Work/life balance has ALWAYS been a struggle for me and I am sure many of you can relate. Almost 4 years ago I got the opportunity to be a SAHM (Stay at Home Mom) for the first time. About 6 months in I began researching and applying for various at home positions that fit my lifestyle and my family’s busy schedule. Today, 4 years later, I have started my own company to help busy parents, like yourselves, eliminate the daily commute and achieve balance with work and home. I have over 20 years of contact center experience, the last 4 of them being from home, making this the next logical step for me.

I imagine that many moms and dads would love the opportunity to work from home and set their own hours, but do not know where to start. Well, I am here to help! I specialize in @ home, micro call center work and am here to help you get started. This type of work is not for everyone, so I encourage you to do your research before opting in. Having a basic understanding of what Arise Virtual Solutions has to offer will be beneficial.

This is a no pressure business opportunity. I am not a sales person. I do not hold any fancy degrees. My 20+ years of working in call centers has lead me to where I am at today. I am just a mom that understand the challenges of working and raising a family and want to help others find the balance and happiness that I have discovered. That simple. All IB's are structured differently and come with their own set of pros and cons. We are a family focused company that wants you to succeed. Your success is our success. Keep in mind when selecting an IBO to operate under that you are bound to that IBO. If you decide that you want to go to work for another IBO, your existing one needs to release you first and not all are willing to do that. Here at WFHS, LLC if you feel that we are not the right fit for you, let us know. We want you to be happy. If that means moving on to another IBO then we can release you so you can move forward. Needs change and we understand that.

To service under the Arise platform you must be at least 18 years of age or older and not reside in CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR or WI. You must be a resident of the United States and be able to pass criminal background check. Other requirements include high speed internet, landline phone and being able to meet the specific requirements of the vendor you choose to service for. Wi-Fi is not permitted, you must be hardwired to your modem. The most successful virtual agents are self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, have at least basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent customer service skills . What We Do

We provide inbound customer care for Fortune 500 companies in various industries. Retail, roadside assistance, tech support, travel and hospitality are just a few of the opportunities that you will find. You are a W-9 contract worker and not an employee of Arise or WFHS, LLC. This means that you are responsible for your own taxes and insurance. You are your own boss and set your own hours--perfect for stay at home parents, college students and retirees. Individuals can expect to earn an average of $9-$14 per hour based on the client.
